What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary crew across maintenance and operational activities
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and equipment to ensure seamless shift transitions
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary liaison between site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, mining, or energy sectors
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, bulk handling equipment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Commitment to team safety, performance, and accountability
• Flexibility to relocate to Traralgon — relocation support provided
